The harmful effects of noise have led to higher demands for sound insulation in living environments. Tile adhesive, primarily composed of cement, lime, quartz sand, heavy calcium carbonate, and polymer powder, offers high mechanical strength and good bonding strength, but suffers from poor sound insulation. Adding Yanheal 380 as a filler to the existing formula, replacing a certain proportion of sand, can not only enhance the sound insulation performance of the tile adhesive but also reduce its density, lessening the workload for workers and lowering transportation costs.
